Shukrana Guru ji is committed to the safety and well-being of all users, especially children. We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and have established the following standards and practices to prevent, detect, and respond to harmful content or behavior.
1. Policy Against CSAE
We do not tolerate any form of sexual content involving minors. Any user content or behavior that threatens, promotes, or contains CSAE is strictly prohibited.
2. Age Restrictions
- The app is intended for users 18 years and older (or 13+ with parental consent — choose one).
- Users must confirm their age during registration.
- Accounts of users under the minimum age will be blocked and removed.
3. Moderation & Detection
We use:
- Automated tools to detect and block content that violates CSAE policies.
- Human moderators to review flagged content.
4. User Reporting Tools
Users can report:
- Inappropriate content
- Suspicious profiles
- Harassment or exploitation
Reports are reviewed within 24–72 hours.
5. Action on Violation
We will:
- Remove violating content immediately
- Disable user accounts that engage in CSAE
- Report confirmed incidents to law enforcement/agencies as required
